You’ve got burning questions and we’ve got the answers!

To help you get to know us better, we've answered some of the most frequently asked questions about our classes, facility and policies. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

  • You’re in for a great workout with us at WestCore. Prior experience is not necessary. Our classes are challenging and fun, but we’re here to help you along the way!

  • We recommend wearing clothes you feel comfortable moving around in freely. For safety, efficiency and comfort, we require grippy socks for classes. We require grippy socks for our classes, so bring a pair if you own them. If not, we have some available for purchase at the front desk!

  • Other than your grip socks, bring water and a towel to class. And don't forget to bring a friend, because who doesn't love working out with friends? :)

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for a quick intro, safety instructions, and demonstrations. Your WestCore coach will give verbal cues and hands-on guidance throughout your workout, helping you modify and adapt each move so you always feel supported and encouraged.

  • We understand that life can get busy and sometimes you might not be able to attend a class you have signed up for. If you need to cancel your reservation please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled class. If you cancel within the 12-hour window, a $15 fee will be charged to your account, and you will temporarily lose the credit. The class credit you canceled will be reissued to your account.

  • Due to our limited class size, a $25 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your account AND you will lose the credit. We want to make sure we open the space for others to sign up!

  • We understand that things come up, and you might be running late for your class. You have a 5-minute grace period to arrive at your class. If you are more than 5 minutes late, and someone from the waitlist is present, they will be allowed to take your spot.

  • If you are on the waitlist, you will be notified via email if you are added to the class 12 hours or more before the start of class. The waitlist is void 12 hours before class and you will have to add yourself.

  • You're welcome to take a WestCore class as long as you have the clearance of your doctor. If you're new to WestCore and haven't taken a class with us before, we recommend joining us when you are cleared to return to fitness after baby. Let your coach know that you're pregnant so they can make sure to offer you the correct modifications during class. At any point, if you're feeling uncomfortable or dizzy, please stop immediately and contact your doctor.

  • Consistency is everything. If you begin taking classes at WestCore two to three times a week, you should see noticeable results by the end of the second week and feel a big difference in your overall strength after about a month.

  • While we do not have showers located within the studio, we do offer amenities to keep you fresh post class.

  • Our studio is equipped with cubbies to store your belongings while you’re in class. We do recommend leaving all valuables safely at home.
