The megaformer was created with the express purpose of building lean muscle mass and strength. Still, it offers various functional training modalities that increase mobility and stability. Our unique springs and carriage weight help you improve overall muscular strength through resistance training. We coach you to lean into the resistance instead of shying away from it. Your resilience builds through our resistance training!

You're so much stronger when you move slow and controlled. Slower movements also get you to muscle failure (our goal) faster, leading to more defined muscle development and increased stamina. We fail forward at WestCore! We’ll coach you through time under constant tension by encouraging you to set your intention at the start of class!
